In coaching with Systemic Constellation we can explore, understand and improve our relationships by creating a visible model of them in a room. It is difficult to imagine how this can be done online.
But with ConsulToSee we did it! On 31 July 2021, our founder Dr. Torsten Seeger guided 7 participants through a workshop and showed how systemic constellation works online. It is challenging to create a fruitful coaching atmosphere across large distances, when everyone is able to switch off the camera. In particular systemic constellation requires the full presence of every participant. During our exercises, everyone had the chance to do a very own constellation practice and learn the basics of systemic coaching.
